The cat found out how to get onto the cupboards. Here she is, lording it over us all.

I went to a comedy night. Many hilarious people performed. I drank things.

My mum's cat maintains his enormous size. For comparison, that is an industrial-sized bottle of fabric softener.


I went outside some more. Clichéd photos of thistles were taken. The sky was overcast.

How does one eat an orange in polite company? They are too big to peel, and when I cut them up I look like an animal trying to eat the flesh off the peel.

does anyone else ever see things in really intense colour?

I wish my eyes could take photos I could show other people. Sometimes things just look so good - it always seems to be when I feel rubbish though.

I also had a dream last night that the cat was infact NOT A CAT, but a baby. She was still called Nancy, but was a human child. In my dream I went to Borders to look for books on babies because I was not sure how to make her super-clever and not a stupid baby. I remember her being a particularly large baby too. And seeing lots of other parents holding their babies and looking particularly smug and all-knowing about their offspring.

Hrmm.

Hello , I will occasionally (rarely) highjack this spot to say nonsense.

I'm going to talk about cats today. Many of you may know I have a cat. its a small cat of around 7 months old now and she is still tiny. however I have noticed her hunting skills are really improving. When she is in a sharp mood her claws and teeth are very dangerous. I know she is no match for a grown man but i don't want to hurt her so some times I end up with big scratches on one hand while I reach for the water bottle. Lately she is better behaved , If i say stop she normally does stop first time.

She is fast too. Its odd how fast she is. she runs around at superspeeds even for a cat I think sometimes.

Its a pity because I know she wants to go outside and we have let her have her shots but where we live it would be difficult because we only have one door and it opens onto a really busy road.

Well that will be enough for now. I don't say much so I don't have my own blog , but I will feature on this one from time to time , and check out my recent story of tramp spotting on buds blog of the same name (link above).

Time for the mundane. We just got a blender, and we've been shoving whatver fruit and ingredients into it that we can find. I'm waiting for the inevitable slide into cocktails - mojitos, especially. Even though I vomited out a good few gallons of mojito at my work's xmas party last year, I'd still go for another one, on any day of the week with a Y in its name.

Here are some photos of our smoothie extravaganza. This one had banana, milk and oats in it. Good morning, lactose intolerance. More like intLOLerance.

Here we are with the ingredients. One might say we planned the banana to sit up that way.
Will it blend?! Yes, it will. It's soft fruit and liquids.
